How do I place an order on your site?
Ordering online from CENTRAL is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size, needed and then click ‘ADD TO BAG’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button. Next, enter any discount coupon codes to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
Where can I find size & fit advice?
‘Size Guide’ is on the item’s page to view our conversion chart. We also provide fit information for each style under the ‘product measurements’ tab.
Can I cancel my order?
Only orders that have not been processed can be canceled. For more information, contact our customer service at the following email:email@example.com.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Central ships Worldwide using UPS but does not deliver to P.O Boxes
Shipping Fee for countries inside the European Union is € 15
Shipping Fee for UK and non-EU countries is € 25
When will I receive my order and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 1 business day. Delivery takes 3-4 business days for EU countries and 5-8 business days for countries outside Europe.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Only In case of shipments to non-EU countries.
As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office.
By submitting your order you concede to the import regulations of the respective articles. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by Central even in the case that the articles should be returned.
What payment methods does CENTRAL accept?
We accept the following major credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and Maestro cards.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to CENTRAL.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at CENTRAL?
We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.
CENTRAL uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorise the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to CENTRAL.
What is CENTRAL’s returns policy?
We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 20 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees of the return are at the responsibility of the client.
Can I change the size or color of one or all the items of an order I have already completed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a completed order but you can return it and request for refund.
How can I return my order?
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
Complete and send by email the Return Form with your purchase and customer information.
Once you receive the approval by email you can send the parcel by using the courier, post or company of your choice. Shipping fees of the return are at the responsibility of the client.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: We refund the amount paid for the returned items and not the shipping costs.
If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied excluding delivery costs.
